These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the relationship between 35bg (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the services offered through the 35bg website at https://35bg.app (hereinafter referred to as the "Player", "you", or "your").

By accessing the 35bg website, creating a player account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. This acceptance takes effect at the point of your first interaction with the Platform and remains in force for the duration of your registration.

If you access the 35bg Platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement, and your acceptance of these Terms is deemed acceptance by that person or entity. 35bg does not permit the use of its Platform by legal entities — only individual natural persons may hold player accounts.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 35bg Platform, close your account, and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures outlined in Section 4 of this Agreement.

To register and use the 35bg Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service offered by 35bg.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable local laws.
• You must register only one account in your own true legal name. Accounts registered under pseudonyms, aliases, or third-party names are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 35bg or any other gambling operator, at the time of registration.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 35bg or any of its affiliated game providers or software suppliers.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

During registration, 35bg will request certain personal information for the purpose of identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer). You agree to provide any additional documentation requested by 35bg to verify your identity, age, or payment method. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested at 35bg's discretion.

35bg reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend and close any account at any time if the Platform determines that the eligibility criteria have not been met or that false or misleading information was provided during the registration process. In such circumstances, any bonus funds associated with the account will be forfeited, and only verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player following completion of identity checks.

Each registered Player is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 35bg will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify the 35bg support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 35bg will take reasonable steps to suspend the affected account and investigate the matter promptly.

• Account Currency: All 35bg accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances are displayed in BDT at all times.
• Inactive Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 35bg reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from the available balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the email address on file.
• Account Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Pending bonus amounts that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
• Account Closure by 35bg: 35bg reserves the right to close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Players are encouraged to keep their registered email address, mobile number, and residential address up to date at all times. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in delays in identity verification, withdrawal processing, or the delivery of important account notifications.

35bg supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are charged by 35bg on any transaction.

The minimum deposit amount on the 35bg Platform is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected and will be displayed at the point of withdrawal request. 35bg reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion, with changes communicated to players in advance where possible.

• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player's 35bg wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited, depending on the processing times of the issuing bank.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the 35bg finance team. Standard processing time is between 1 and 3 business days from the date of the withdrawal request. Expedited processing may be available for verified players in good standing.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account. 35bg will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other individuals, or payment methods not registered to the Player's verified identity.
• KYC Before Withdrawal: Players must complete full identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal request can be processed. This is a one-time process for most players, after which withdrawals are processed without repeated documentation requests.

35bg does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside the control of 35bg. Players are advised to review the fee schedules of their chosen payment provider before initiating a transaction.

From time to time, 35bg offers promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, cashback rewards, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the point the offer is presented. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the individual terms of each promotion before accepting it.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses on the 35bg Platform are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim window, and bonus balances that do not meet the stated wagering requirements within the validity period, will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus Per Player: Promotional offers are available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, shared devices, or shared network connections will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Abuse: 35bg reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

35bg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted an active promotion at the time of modification will have their bonus treated under the terms that were in place at the time of acceptance, to the extent reasonably practicable.

All games and betting markets available on the 35bg Platform are governed by individual game rules supplied by the respective game providers and by the general betting rules of the 35bg sportsbook. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Players accept that the outcome of all casino games on the 35bg Platform is determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software operated by third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. 35bg has no ability to influence the outcome of any game or betting event and accepts no responsibility for losses incurred during normal gameplay.

• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure that disrupts the normal operation of a game or bet, 35bg reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction will not be paid.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on the 35bg Platform are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Settlement of bets will follow the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority (ICC, BPL governing body, FIFA, etc.). 35bg reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are abandoned or significantly altered from their scheduled format.
• Palpable Errors: In the event that odds or game parameters are published in error (a "palpable error"), 35bg reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds or values, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled. Affected stake amounts will be returned to players' accounts.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection is stable before commencing any game session or placing any bet. 35bg accepts no liability for losses resulting from disconnections or network failures on the Player's side during active gameplay.

Players must use the 35bg Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the 35bg Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Employing automated bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional competition hosted on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any customer support interaction.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, or using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward 35bg staff or other players via any communication channel.

Where 35bg determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, the Platform reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all account balances, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals associated with the account in question. 35bg further reserves the right to share information about confirmed fraudulent conduct with other operators, fraud prevention databases, and law enforcement agencies as required.

All content on the 35bg Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and the 35bg brand identity — is the intellectual property of 35bg or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 35bg Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not confer any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

• The "35bg" name, logo, and associated brand marks are proprietary trademarks of the 35bg Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.
• Game content displayed on the 35bg Platform is owned by the respective game providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming) and is licensed to 35bg for use on the Platform. Players may not extract, record, or redistribute this content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Players to 35bg in relation to the Platform or its services may be used by 35bg freely and without obligation, compensation, or attribution to the submitting Player.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 35bg and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, arising from or in connection with the use of the 35bg Platform.

35bg makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or that the content displayed on the Platform will be accurate or up to date at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply in full. In such cases, 35bg's liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law of the relevant jurisdiction.

35bg reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file no fewer than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be applied immediately without advance notice.

If you object to any amendment to the Terms, you must notify 35bg support prior to the effective date of the change and request account closure. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Termination by Player: You may close your 35bg account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.
• Termination by 35bg: 35bg may terminate or suspend any account immediately and without prior notice in the event of a material breach of these Terms, confirmed fraudulent activity, or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 35bg Platform. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by 35bg at its discretion.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and 35bg with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
